THE TRUTH ABOUT PROACTIV

The most common form of acne is the kind that you get from your genetic history or puberty, it's all a way of life, and those kinds will eventually go away, sounds like you have those kinds, stress may be a factor in your life that may lead to outbreaks and may keep you from curing the acne.

I know that people say Proactive works, on some people it sure does, but most people I heard who use it either makes it worse, or just doesn't do anything for them as a result of possible allergy, since acne creams and washes are medications there's a possible chance in more breakouts as a result of allergy, no one can actually know for sure what kind to use to get rid of it soon, I suggest going to your family's doctor and asking him about topical creams, and if you find that one is working on you for a period of time, but then stops working and acne comes back, it could be stress, because with stress comes fidgeting, and with fidgeting comes possible increase to "pop, touch or pick your pimples", so don't try that, I suggest if a pimple is really big and hurts and is feel like it's about to pop, is to take a warm, wet, wash cloth, and place and hold it on the infected pimple it will soon come out perfectly, if you pop it with your fingers, then that's more bacteria from your fingers, and....no pimple just goes away, there is always infection left inside, but if you pop one with your fingers, just grab an acne pad and hold it on the pimple that was popped, it will soon dry up, and then you can go back to using your medication prescribed.

Acne
Most people who suffer from acne go out and spend good money on common over-the-counter acne treatment प्रोडक्ट. The truth is, most of these products are full of chemicals that can actually slow down the healing of acne, and irritate your skin, causing farther breakouts। Here are a few tips to heal acne।

  1. Baking soda can be used as a great scrub. To start off, you'll want to mix a small amount of baking soda with some water for form a paste. Gently massage the paste into your skin for ten to fifteen seconds. Then rinse the baking soda off, and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
  2. Lemon or lime juice can also be substituted for vinegar. Both of these juices are rich in citric acid, and can exfoliate your skin very well, halting the growth of acne spots, as well as fading previous, non-active acne quicker.
  3. Crack an egg, removing the yolk so that just the egg whites are left behind. Beat these egg whites, and apply them directly to your face. Let it sit for fifteen minutes, and then rinse the egg off.
  4. Aloe Vera has been used for many years in kitchens for topical application to burns. Another benefit of aloe is that it can prevent scaring, fade marks and help heal acne spots.
  5. Each time you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks, to rid yourself of acne.
  6. Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day.
  7. Apply crushed marigold leaves on acne.
  8. Boil and mash plums to get 8 teaspoons of pulp. Add a teaspoon of almond oil, and apply on the face.
  9. Make a paste of turmeric powder, and apply evenly on the acne.
  10. Mix together neem leaves paste, a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder, sandalwood paste and gram flour. Apply on the acne and let it dry well before rinsing.
  11. Powder half a cup a whole green gram. Mix it with two tablespoons wheat bran. Regular application of this will clear skin of acne.

First, I understand where you're coming from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. I never did until many years later when it didn't matter as much. Here's what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way. It's not a topical issue, it doesn't help much to treat it from the outside, it's an inside job. When you treat it from the outside it's like treating the symptoms, not the cause.

You'll hear from many people that's not the case, and it's usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven't experienced the truth). Of course, when you stop using it (as you've experienced) your blemishes come back... because you're not treating the cause. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month. If you think about it logically, it makes sense. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations? It's usually because of something we ate, something that wasn't meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things. Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself. Your skin is a reflection of what's on the inside. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you're eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones... literally a great number of things.Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible.

THE KEY

This part is key. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times). I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system.
